Make a list what needs to be done for that day and by which time. Use a daily planner! Don’t overload your day, but pick 6 task that must get done that day and plan your family time. The whole key here is to stick with your schedule. It works like miracle, and every successful person is doing it and the big companies have secretary who reminds them and book their appointments.

2. Making the most of your time everyday
Don’t waste your time! Get straight to work and start working! You are on the clock and your time is running! Most people wasting too much time each day until they start working on their list or appointment. Time is money! Respect your time as you must respect other people time. When you have a meeting, than be there on time and be prepared to get it fast done. The worse thing people do is been late to their appointment and than been not prepared. You must know what is priority to get the job done, don’t allow other task to steal your time and side track you or you will get nothing done. Go over your list every night, see what was done and what not. Make the list for the next day! You will go to sleep and know already what needs to be done next day and it will even give you more power and idea how to get it done faster. So the next day when you start working you know already what needs to be done. But, when you wait until the next morning to make your list, you first will waste a lot of time planning, and second you have not the ideas you get from your sleep. This can now easy put a lot of stress on you and everyone around you.

5. Managing your time with the demands of other people in you life
Like I mention above, when you work at home many people and family member will not respect your time like when you have a job and work in an office. You must make sure that they understand that you are at work, only that your office is in your home, but you are at work. Respect your work time like when you go to a job, which means you have your office hours, and you are groomed and dressed when you go to work. You will show yourself that you are at work and it will show other that you are at work and having off and hanging around at home. You must learn to say no, when your family member or neighbors want your time when you are at home! They may don’t like it, but they must respect it, as they respect it when you go to work and work for someone else.

Learn these skills and become very disciplined. What ever is on your list give than 100% and you will see how much more you get done in less time. So when your office hour are done for the day, than focus 100% an your family and your kids. My interest to personal development was discover from my own life experience, from being in a mental and physical abusive marriage, and trying to free myself by looking for ways to let go the past. In the same time my question was; “Why are human beings do the things they do? Why they hurt and manipulating others, controlling and abusing them, and than been manipulated from another person?

The first time I got physical abused in my marriage was when I was pregnant with my oldest son, it came out of a fight because he complained by my family that I was lazy and he must do everything, in reality he never help out and was lazy. He beaded me up and I ended in the hospital, and for three days he didn’t knew were I was. My parents than pushed me to contact him because he was calling their house like crazy, and they told me to work it out.

First I planed to leave him because he abused me when I was pregnant, but I let me talk in to get back together. What I didn’t knew at that time was that abuse runs a circle, first the honeymoon phase, than the tangent build up, follow by the abuse and than bleeding for sorry because you made them to abuse you, because you was out off control and than again the honeymoon phase. This circle is repeating it over and over again. The worse part is that the victim really starts to feel guilty and slowly lose self-confident. The abuser is a control person, and will accuse the others for a lot of reason they never done and with the time the abuse person will do everything to please their partner. They will starting to believe that they are not good enough. In the same time an abuser always will isolate their partner, away from friend and family.

It took me a long time to figure out why that happens to me and I realized that I allowed myself to get into another situation and stuck in my low self-esteem. My ex-mother-in-law and I always got along great, and she kind supported me and kind was mad about her son. It took me a long time to realizing that I was manipulated again. Again I was told that every men is massing around and a smart woman will know how to turn it around and get the man in control. That I allowed his girlfriend to harassment me and done what she wanted me to do. That I live in a fantasy world and that after the wedding the honeymoon and dating times are over and reality starts.

I figure out than why people do what they do, and it is because of the meaning behind it. When like in my case he was told there is no true love, and women are crazy and you must control them before they control you, and been raise with the mother controlling and blaming others, that why they start playing the macho. In reality they were groomed not to let that happen to them, so they think they must control the other person, and most of them hiding from their own low self-confident. In the same time, when a person controls someone else it is because of their own ego. The ego who makes them that they can’t feel or give love. In most cases they are not on the promotion ladder at work and they have the excuses that they don’t want it.

They do what they do, because they were programmed with the wrong meaning of relationship, and they will focus on everything that will approve their ego and what other people are. They are losers, but they try to overrule it by controlling and abusing their partners. They love to be charming to others women and a total different person behind close doors to their spouse. Their blueprint and life condition match what they believe. Their meaning behind relationship, come from what they saw and experience when they grown up. This is a picture and the meaning behind will last as long as they keep their blueprint and keep focus on that. The only way out is to change the blueprint and change the life condition.

Again human do things they do because of the meaning they have behind this issue and the focus they have, and most of them will talk themselves out of it and blaming the victim for reason why they done it and that they made them to do it.

After my divorce, it was not easy and I didn’t make as much money as I made in Germany, but I watch my spending. Sometimes when I look back, I don’t know how I done it, but my boys and me always had a nice place to live and a lot of time money just came when I needed it the most.

One thing that separates me from most of Americans women is, that I hate to go shopping and I hate when I have a balance on my credit card. It makes me feel so guilty and dirty. In the same time I hear people around me been in total financial disaster, complaining about all their max out credit cards, but still they are buying daily their lunches. I can’t understand why they not bring their lunches to work and why they don’t cut their spending!

I think most are so ok with their debt that they don’t even try to get out of it by cutting their spending. What ever we want to happen to us, we must take action toward our goals. But, most of this people see themselves as a victims and on the end they file for bankrupts and start again going again into debt. You must always pay for your action, so why not to learn first how to handle your finance and your spending, than you will get yourself fast out of this rat hole.

Do you also know, that people in poverty will teach their kids been poor and when they get some money into their hand they blow it fast and give it away? Kids will not learn from what they been told, but what they see. So when you can’t handle your finance than most likely your kids will have even more challenges with money, and than they think it is not fair that other have money. In the same time there are people who are so sick and tired been poor that they take massive action and creating wealth.

So get rid of you financial fantasies forever, and start taking action by cutting down your spending and increasing your earning. Did you also know, that many employers looking into peoples financial before they get the promotion or even get hired? Many people messed this up, because of their private financial challenge; some even lost their job for that. You probably don’t agree with me when you not a professional Marketer, and that why professionals know the secret while the amateur ego knows everything better.

Ok, you may knew and you want to become a professional, you must know the secret of leads! Well, lets start to tell you what a lead is and what a lead not is.

A Lead from a lead list is a contact information, but this defiantly don’t tell you that this person wants to start a business nor that this person want to buy your information. The lead information also gives you no right to call that person and give them your sells pitch! That what all amateurs are doing! Stop it, because you will make yourself a very bad name very fast! You first need to build a relationship and find out what they want and what they don’t want, than you can move forwards.

Just think you are going into a store and want to look around and see what they have, did they offer item that is your taste and in your budget. So the customer likes to look around and when they are ready or have a question they will ask the sales person, and that sales person must respond fast and in a professional manner.

But what are amateurs doing? As a customer comes into their store, they don’t allow them to look around, no they think they know what that person want or need and they will smutch it into their face. They will always over talk that person wish and tell that person what they must buy and what they must have, they don’t give that person space and air to breath. Guess what happen, that person will run as fast as possible and will tell everyone to stay away from that store! Well I call that person a person, because he or she didn’t had the opportunity to become a customer.

The secret to make a lead from your lead list to a customer or business partner is by building a relationship. It’s all about them and not you, so shout up what you want and treat that person with respect and dignity. Nobody ever will do business with a jerk, so don’t become one. You must start to communicate with your lead and let them know who you are and how you can help them. Let them come in and let them feel comfortable around you and when you bring high value to them they will buy from you or go in business with you.

Most leads list are nothing else than names with information, and you defiantly have no idea how they come to their information, and nor did you know that they want to buy any thing. It’s your professional Marketing skills that will awake that person interest, and when they are interested and ready to buy, than is your sales person term to close that sale.

Again, when the person or than customer is ready to buy, shout up again and close that sale! It is time to declare War on Debt! Do you know that in today society debt is accepted like it means nothing? Better said, people are so in debt and the only solution or booming businesses are the debt consultant who try to help people getting rid off their debt, but did people really been able to get rid off their debt or are they building straight ahead new debt?

I was raised that you must save your money for the next car you want to buy or increase you need to make replacements or have repairs coming up. The only time that someone will go into debt is when they buy a house, and than you needed also the down payment and been able to pay it off in the next ten years. By the way when you didn’t knew it, but I was raised in Germany. I know this was a different time and you got good interest on your savings. That why it is sometimes hart for me to have a balance on my credit card and it must be paid off as soon as possible even before the next statement comes into my house. Yes, how we handle our finance is how we were raised. Parents are grooming their kids how finance must be handled, how they handle their finances. Most kids will copy their parent’s behaviors, that means when their parents make a living from welfare and on food stamps, so will their kids. But when parent’s are creating wealth for their family, their kids also will be inspired to create wealth for themselves, because how you do things that how you groom your kids to handle their finances and their lives.

I remember what my dad always told me, he said that from the Millionaires you really learn how to save money, because of that they are Millionaires. That it is not the matter how much someone makes, but how much is left over at the end of the month. His famous saying was that you must buy what you really need, but not to buy something just because everyone has it too, special when you can’t afford it.

Now why are so many people in debt today?

Well, they all are groomed to live life now, they been told that who knows what will happen tomorrow. Most of them love to watch TV, and guess what the TV is doing to them? They been also groomed from the TV that they will feel so great when they have that car, that house or even item for that lifestyle, and they have the solution and that is just to use the credit card or that you are preapproved. Like to say everyone approves you that when you make so much money you can have it, but they never tell how much you must pay all that back, which will be much harder, special when people losing their jobs or the extra money like bonuses are not coming in.

Again, the best lesson about debt is, not to get into debt! Or when you have some debt pay them off as soon as possible and don’t charge your card anymore. Well, I have to charge my card for business fees, but they are paid off before the month is over, and I only have one card. You must learn to keep your money together. See, when you are in debt, each month you have so many payment plus interest, but when you don’t have debt than you don’t have all this payments and don’t have to pay the interest! That means you can make less money as your neighbor, but have much more money than he makes. Here again, it is not the matter how much you make to become wealthy, but how much left over on the end of the month. Buy what you really need, and not what is right now on sales or what will be nice to have it.

Did you know that you could save a lot of money on grocery? Just by going back and shop only what you really need and the basic food. Start cooking from scratch, again. Did you know how much money you can save, and in the same time how much weight you could lose without giving up the great taste? The biggest mistake people are doing they are buying first too much food which ends than in the garbage and than they buy all the precooked food which cost almost dribble as much as cooked from scratch, and don’t forget all the chemicals in there which makes you fat.

And many more ways how you can save money, and become debt free. It is your choice and by declaring war on debt we can turn this economic around and make this country wealthy again, but it starts with you first.

Many people may know the power of increase, but they may not know that this is a natural law, which always works fair and is very powerful. What ever you plant in your life it must increase. Like a farmer or gardener putting seat into the ground are expecting that the fruit of the seat are multiplying, breading for more and building more. That is increasing, what ever comes into your hand must be increased and multiply.

But, it will not just show up on your door step and tells you “Here I am, you are a good person and you deserve to have more!” No, that is not true and still many people are running after this kind of fantasy to get fast rich or someone else will do the work for them. Yes, someone else will help you to get there, when you are doing your part to it. You always must give first before it can come back to you.

In my eyes, God is always inside of us in our heart, and not up in heaven. That why you can talk to him all the time in your mind, and what ever you ask it will given to you. But most people don’t understand this power, and so they ask all the time what they don’t want, and when they get the answer what to do to get it, they ignore it looking for all kind of excuses why they should not listen to that voice that tell them what to do.

Now what has that to do with the Law of Increase? Well, it is very simple. What ever you want in your live, you must be able to handle it, and that means you must learn this skills. When you want more money you must first learn how to handle the money you have right know and how to increase it. When you want to build your own Online Business, you must learn the skills of Online Marketing and Sells. No matter which industry you are looking into it, you must learn this skills, and than refine this skills. It is with everything, so better you become with your skills your value increase as your income will increase. This is really simple or?

Now, when this is so simple, why are people not follow this direction to increase their professional skills and their life-styles? Because most of the people are stopping to learn more after they finish school, their ego tells them that they know everything and than they only have short term goals or looking for ways to cheat on the system to get a free ride. They are not willing to follow that voice that can make a big different in their life, but again the law of increase still is working for them. When they don’t handle money wise and blow it on all kind of junk, the law of increase will make sure that more junk will enter into their life and it also will increase the debt on their name.

Law of Increase is always at work and you have so much power to direct it where you want to have increase in your life. You must have a goal and all the time working and improving your skills and knowledge, and than use it and make it happens through your action. You must act immediately with your action and direct it where it must go, and so more you can handle so more will come your way. You must do it, nobody will or can do it for you! Now, just ask yourself this question: Are you willing to do what ever you must do to make it happen? When you are willing to do it and put massive action towards it, than your confidents, income and skills will increase every time and there is no “but”. Everyone has the same kind of challenge like you have in your life right now, and everyone has the ability to make changes and transform their lifestyle and income of their dreams. In the same time, when you are not willing to take action and increase what you have right now you will lose what you have right now. So increase your skills by learning more and defining what you have right now, and your goal to increase what ever you have and you will get more from it.

Do not hide because of fear, but trust and give your best and you will receive it. This is not a new age fantasy, but the true and you can read it in your bible at …Matthew 25, Verse 14 – 26. I hope that this will open your mind and will change your life the way you want it, as it has changed my life.

Good morning, it is Monday morning and another week is starting. I hope for all of you who are reading this article and working in a home based business are already busy moving towards your goals and getting results.

In case you are not, what are you doing right now? Are you still checking your e-mail or what you missed in your skype chat, or you may still in facebook and twitter? Just watch out, this can be your start to sabotage your morning.

Don’t shake your head and telling me that you just checking and using social site to build your business, because most people are wasting their time in there and when the day is over they ware not productive and show no results.

You must have a routine and stick with it. Just as you are at your job, you know when you have to start, when your breaks are, what you have to get accomplish for that day and when you are going home. Now, why so many people who are working at home can’t get into that ripen and treat their business like a job carrier? Because the secret weapon for success in your home based business is to use the same workflow like you do at your job.

Like at your job, you may have every morning fast a meeting, which informs you were you are and what the goal and deadline of your project is and that your bosses and their shareholders expect from you to stick with the schedule and deliver the results by deadline.

Well, they don’t ask you that you be ready, and when dear you be cut not doing the job, but hanging around in all kinds off chats or social media site, you will be fired. Now, tell me what is the different between working for another company or working for yourself? The business strategy is the same, just at the job you exchange your time for a paycheck while working for yourself you are able to make as much money as you want.

Now, ask yourself this question:

Are you getting results what you are doing?

Are you hanging around social site and get nothing done?

Are you working on a schedule?

Are you doing ongoing education outside your work schedule to improve your skills?

Are you willing to pay yourself salary for the results you have? What I mean, when someone else works for you the way you are currently working you business, would you pay that person that salary?

Are you working on your personal development to get you were you want to be?

Are you reinvesting your money from your business income back into your business and expand it?

Are you in charge of your business, or other people?

That are a few question, but I think they are really important or later you will find out that you waste to much time and opportunities to get you were you belong. When you don’t have the result jet than you need to stop what you are doing and go over it. This will be a sign that you are not doing what needs to be done, or what you are currently doing is not working and correction needed to be done. Don’t worry, as long as you don’t give up and are willing to learn new skills and using them you will get results. The biggest mistake most home based business owner are doing, they don’t do it!

So just check your checklist again, and see what needs improvement, what is out of date and what is working that brings you the result and the money. When you get already the results, than you on the right track, but when not, you have no time any more to be wasted with none sense and excuses.

One lesson I learned from my dad was that each Million starts with the first penny and that you learn from the true Millionaires how to save money. So building wealth and keeping it what makes the true millionaire and now how do you handle your money.

The biggest problem people are facing today is that most are broken, few credit cards max out and paying not only the monthly bills but also paying their loans back. In the same time they are living a lifestyle they really can’t afford and when they lose their job than they will lose everything else.

In the same time no school ever teach the kids how to handle money and how to build wealth, but in the same time our media is very good how to sell their goods to people now. Companies know how powerful commercials are and that why they are spending million of dollars on advertising their products to the consumers. They understand that they must get people into a stage of feeling pain and than comes the solution of great feeling and with purchase of their product they will feel great, even when you hear in a low voice with side effect this product may have, people will ignore it because they are only interested in feeling great and that they must buy it now.

In the same time credit cards also give people a great feeling what they can buy if they had their credit card, but you never will hear that they also have to pay it back with interest. Many people love the credit card and spending so much more than they really can afford until their cards are maxed out and they don’t have the money for their minimum payments, and that when people see that the banks are not in their favor anymore.

But don’t get disappointed, you can turn your situation around to get out your finance disaster and start building wealth. You must be determinate that your ridicules spending are now over and that you never want to be in this situation anymore. As long as you are not sure that you are willing to do this, your money always will find a way to be wasted!

So stop wasting your money and direct your money into the direction you want it to go, and know your money will go there were you want it to go. Money is nothing else than energy and energy must flow and it must be multiply. When you learn these skills and learn to spend less than what is coming in, you will pretty soon see that you planted the seed for wealth. So more you prosper where you planted so faster your wealth will grow.

In the same time realize that there is a time of plenty and a time of famine. So in the year of plenty you must prepare yourself for the years of famine, in the years of famine you will be able to live from your wealth you created in the time of plenty. But the sad news is, that most people believe that the years of plenty always will be here, and so they spend their money as it comes in. They not fulfill their needs, but they waste it with stuff they don’t need.

Now the true Millionaires are all business owner and they are so good how they handle money, that they are not working for the money, but that their money works for them. In the same time they will have failure with their businesses, but it will not stop them. They know that there is always up and downs. They are never worry about money, because they found out how to build wealth and with this secret they always will be on the top.

But in the same time, 98% of people are living in fear to build wealth and that they may lose it or have to pay more taxes, and out of that reason they blow their money as it comes in. In the same time you don’t have to make a lot of money to start building wealth, the key is really simple. Spend less as you earn, live under your needs and watch how you are blessed and your wealth is growing. Make a plane and stick to it! Plan your expenses and pay cash for it. As an example, you know when you need a new car or washer, so you start saving your money already today what you will need in two years and than you shop smart and don’t shop for other to get rich.

So the secret formula is, that you create wealth buy spending less then you make, and that you learn the different between assets and liability, because most sales people and banks will tell you that what you buy is an assets, but they are not, they are liability. Assets are when it makes you money, but as soon it doesn’t makes you money and only cost you money than this is a liability.

This morning my son watched the News and it got my attention when they told how many Americans are in hunger and the raise of unemployment.

Now my question is:

Is America turning in total poverty by mismanaging the economic or are the seats planted that people been poor so they can be controlled?

It amaze me, how in the last presidential campaigns Obama told everyone how bad the economic because of Bush, and everything was blamed on him. What the funny part was, we all were fine until people bought into it how bad it should be and pretty soon our economic collapsed. Did you remember that?

Ok, now you see TV commercials calling people up to tell the congress to tax rich people and give it to the poor! There is a hated going around against rich people! What is going on here? Who is behind all this to destroy this country and sent most of the people in poverty? Sure not the true rich people, but the people who want power and control the American People and stealing their money!

I think most people do not understand what they doing to themselves when they support the hate against rich people. I mean the real true rich people, not the people who became rich through their corruptions and steeling it from others. No, I am against this kind off riches. My focus is on self-made millionaires who earned their money through their true and hart work. It is no secret to become wealthy, but you must give up the mentality that puts 98% of the people into poverty! Because wealthy people didn’t became rich by luck, but through hart work and the skills they learned, and they leaving breadcrumbs behind them and they are also teaching other how to become wealthy. So why in they hell, excuse me my language, are people choosing poverty?

Because there are people in our society who will give everything to put people into poverty, its all about power and they don’t care about the people. The trick is to build a big problem for people and have the solution, and people will listen and follow them, and that happen right now. People start to starve here in America, really? Most of them getting real good money on Food stamps I am talking about $600 to $1800 a month for food, and trust me I see it everyday how much they are getting. And how they waste it on candy, soda, junk food and precooked food and they don’t cook from scratch but they can afford food, which I can’t. They can afford cigarettes, alcohol, tattoos and drugs. But the reality is, that people getting handed all that food stamps and welfare, and so they will vote for the candidates that promises to give them more and in return they will get their vote.

But now what is so danger on this concept?

This generation and the next generation will be programmed how to abuse the system, and they will support who ever promise them to give them more. When poverty raise as will the crime raise, and this gives the government the authority to fight against them. In the same time people will be in fear, fear of losing their job and everything they have, fear how to survive, and pretty soon they sold their life to an corrupted Government and when they have enough power they will shout down the financial support for this people. Trust me it will happen, because history is repeating itself over and over again. Still so many people tried it out until one day one will succeed; to get so much power that nobody can stop them anymore. The one kind of people who cannot be controlled are people who are the wealthy and who are willing to take risk!

When people hate people who are rich, they are taking their own rights away ever to receive money, and that little bit what they have will also been taking away from them, and their soul will be filled with fear from the devil.

So when you want to receive more money into your life, than read the bible. It tells you all! Everything you want you must ask for it, and start planting the seed for the harvest. Your goal must be to multiply what ever come in contact with you and to define your skills to become better in what you are doing. You must earn it before you can have it, but you start with your ability what you have right now in this moment, and than you teach others how to duplicate it so they also learn this skills. What ever you are good in it you will be rewarded with more, but you only will get as much as you can handle. Ok, it said that you get ten times back what you give, and that why people who give nothing will get nothing back. When you don’t work to earn it you are punish with the sins of poverty. When you hate people with money, money cannot find the way to you. When you chase fantasy you will lose, because hart work will reward you.

Now, take a good look on a Millionaire, what do you see? That they take action and make it happen to reach their goals and they don’t cut up in excuses, but they are willing to take risk and work very hart until they have it. They all, or most off them have the same history than you have, but they were sick and tire to listen to their winning and start making a different. The true Millionaire know that when they give back more blessing will come their way, and they are giving back to their community and been a mentor for people who need help to become a Millionaire as they got help from their mentor, and Millionaires paying their taxes. Did I forget to tell you, that Millionaires are strong and can’t be controlled like poor people can and they all have their own business they control.

Now, what do you want?

Do you want to become wealthy and strong, or do you sell yourself into the media and become poor and homeless?

Nobody will give it to you, but you must get it so you can have the life of you dreams. Everything is possible when you plant the seeds and take action to make it happen. Nobody cares about people who are lacy and full of excuses, and who are thinking that the ones who are working very hart will give their money to the lacy ones. Everyone has the same opportunity to make the same money than the Millionaire, but only 2% are willing to do it. Becoming wealthy is no secret, but a lot of people don’t want that people know how easy it is and making it happen.

Life by Design means painting the picture of your life and than follow through to make it happen. It is so funny; as soon we become adults we forget the most important skills about our desire and what we want from life. Why are this changes happen which only keeps us from designing the life of our dream and how we can get it back.

Everyone knows how kids are full of fantasy what they want to become and how they find costumes to look like the character they want to be. They start collecting everything, their toys are all about it, and than they paint pictures all about it. Most adults push it away and think that is just a childish phase and later the child growth out of it and see what real life is all about.

But, when you really watch kids, did you realize that they never give up with what they want. Oh yes, just look around when you go to the grocery store. How many kids you see telling their parents what they want and what not, and than see how the parents react! Most of the parents will buy what their child wants. Not only the candy they want, but also which food or drinks they want. Is that not amazing to see how kids most of the time get what they want?

Now what’s happen, why they lose this ability? Why they give up to paint their picture what they want from life and why so many people choose a total different job than they wanted when they were a child? What did happen and why?

The answer is simple, the child is still so much connected their source from where we all come, but as soon they are here on earth they been told what life is all about, they been told from their parents, family, teachers and others what to believe and what not. People forgot how to paint the picture of their life and as a result they are not design their life, but they are in lives control. Life controls them to go to work, bring a paycheck home, pay the bills and raise the family.

Most families have no time any more for family activities and no money for family activities. When you look at this it looks very sad, but most people just accept it and a long time ago they stop to follow their heart and living that life they wanted as a child. What’s happen, why are people going the opposite direction than the ones of their dreams. But do you know that we still be able and make correction towards the direction we are going? Yes in every given second you can turn your life around and start painting your life again by the design you want and live the life of your dreams, but you must make it happen, nobody can do that for you.

This may is the problem why people stop pushing for their real dreams, because nobody really teaches them how it needs to be done. You are never too young or too old to start painting the design of your life and than support it by the right action. This is not a fantasy, because so many people done it already and proven that this really works. When people from all level of live done it so can you do it, and please stop your excuses! Yes, everyone who fails think that you don’t know their story and why they fail. You know what? Get over it, because everyone has challenges and issues in their families not only you, and never think that other must feel sorry for you and that is the other person job to get you out. Because when you really think like that you will stay there forever, but when you look for help how to get out there and start painting your picture again, your life will change in the direction you want to go. Find purpose in your life; hope that everything will turn around and that your situation will get better. Have hope that you will change your life that you want and to reach for each goal you have. Hope is the seat and they will produce fruit. Hope for the purpose you have in your life to accomplish. Not only having hope and goals for you life, no the drive to reach for this life purpose goal inspire you to take action and to become active.

How many of you always knew that they have a inside desire to do something special with your life, but than it was not approved from you surrounding? How many from you know that inside calling, but than become fearful to become different than everyone around you. Because you fear been disapprove from someone else, which will stop you from taking action toward your goal and purpose of your life. The result will be that you feel unfulfilled and very empty in the inside, and that is when most people try to cover it up with alcohol and drugs. Just like I said it to cover up something never will bring you the result you want, but it can put you on a path you didn’t wanted to go from the first place out. Because they lost hope and groomed to follow were everybody else is going. They are told to follow security and let other do it, because they are not good enough. They become inactive and depressed because they gave away the biggest gift they ever have and that is hope and finding their purpose for their lives. The good news is, that you can change the outcome right now from this moment on.

I, Gudrun Smith came with my husband and kids to USA in 1996 and in 1998 I filed for divorce after I ended in the ER. I was mental and physical abused and harassment from his girlfriend and her friends. He told me that I am in his country and have no rights, my only rights was a roof over my head and food on the table, but I needed to do what his girlfriend was telling me to do.

It took twenty-two month until my divorce was final. It was dirty and she destroyed my name and reputations from the military mass-hall to the German Stammtisch and than to the International Women Club, to keep their husband away from me or I will destroy their marriages. Which was a joke, because I was not interested in dating, just been with my kids.

He refused and without his waiver, I was not allow to leave the country to go back home or I had end in jail for kidnapping my own kids. For ten years after the divorce he tried to control me and let his frustration out on me, blame me for things that were not my business and that he always was broken. I had must learn how to get my self-esteem back and become strong again by not allowing him anymore to destroy me over and over again.

For one year I am really free and in peace without any contact to them. Now I am planning to move next year back to Germany. My oldest is already in College and next year my youngest, but my ex told me that I can’t leave because he still reuse to give me permission. Well now it’s too late, and my time has come to move forward.

My passion is Online Marketing, Business and Personal Development. I always make money on the Internet, but not millions yet. With all this drama in my live it took me so much longer to break free. In the same time as a single mom I was able to take great vacation with my boys, even to Puerto Rico, Canada and few times to Germany. I am debt free and have money in the bank. 11) Never allow someone to talk you out of your goals, feeding you with fear and holding you back. Special when they are not wealthy! Follow people who already done it what you want to do, and find out how done it and how you may improve it.

Again, building a successful business requires work and massive action to make it happen. All this skills, everyone before you also had must learn them. So you see, there is no way around and no shortcut. So don’t fall for the fast get rich scam and it will save you a lot of money and headache.

But it’s up to you how willing you are to make it happen. Just think when you are old and look back on your life, which story do you like to tell your grandkids? That you are proud what you have accomplished and how many lives you had taught and gave them an income? Or do you like to tell them that you refuse to learn the skills, was lacy and prefer to watch that TV show and been dead broken today? It is not easy to amid to be in an abusive relationship and special hard to leave that relationship. Most people who never experience it don’t understand it and they will even give the wrong advice.

It is not always easy from the outside to see which partner are true to you and really loves you, or that they manipulate you so they can control you. There are many reasons behind the mind of an abuser. Most of the time it comes from their childhood or they are total failure and now they want to be in control of their spouse. The control can be afraid that when they don’t keep their spouse under control they may run off with another partner. They hated how their parents done it and never will allow that their partner even try to go that direction, or they need someone to let off steam and to blame them for their mistakes.

Really to say we don’t really know what goes on in their mind. This is happen in all level of society and they are really good to cover it up and to manipulate situation. But all abuser have the same pattern, they first build the honeymoon stage by been very attracted to the other partner, and than they build up the tension until the explosion comes. That when see a real physical abuser. Afterwards they feel sorry, they ask their victims for forgiveness and they explain that they never wanted to hurt them, but they just push the wrong bottom and they lost control. That they feel so sorry and they ask you to help them not to do this any more and that you need to change and have to understand the stress and trouble they are in at the job.

Again they are making their spouse believing them and to look inside themselves for the problem and what they done wrong so the other had no choice then to act like that or that they act like that to get them out off their trance they just was in. This manipulation put the seed into the victim mind start to believe that it was their fault and before they know it they lost all their self-confidence and self-esteem. They become afraid to make decision by himself or herself, or even small stuff like what to cook for dinner or what they can do or not.

A victim will cover up their spouse misbehave and they believe that they are just going through a tough time, but pretty soon they will be happy again as they were before. They become depended on their spouse and the abuser may really love their partner, but they have a major issue with themselves. They have two faces, one on the outside been a great guy and very caring and the other behind close doors when they abuse their spouse. They play to been a victim and had a hart time in live and now the other person feels sorry and wants to help them and make it up for them. Their victim believes that they found their big and now they will help their spouse to be happy with them and that they hope to take the pain away from them and be really happy.

Most victims are so manipulated that they never will find the way out off this relationship while a few are able to get out. Who ever went through something like this has deep scars and it is not seldom that they isolate them from others just to avoid to be hurt again.

When that victim learns why it happens and what all the first flags were they ignore and why they ignored it, it never will happen again. In the same time when the person don’t learn from their mistakes, they are most likely to get into another abused relationship or even return back to their ex’s. Some even just cover it up with alcohol or drugs abuse.

The true is, when an abuser doesn’t see it as their fault and get help so they can change, stay will always be an abuser and nobody from the outside can take it from them.

There are always red flags and your guts will warn you, but your ego will confuse you. Your ego will put fear in you, that you may never find another person who will love you and this is just the price you must pay and in reality it is not so bad, and yes you deserved it, he just didn’t want you become in insaint.

Than we have the most important skills everyone must know and that is how to sell yourself and your skills. You can’t ignore this, because your skills alone mean nothing when you don’t know how to market it. The best doctors or best entertainers are not successful by their skills alone, but how they market themselves on the market. You will find great people with great skills struggle to make ends needs, while others with less talents or skills are making a fortune. I am not sure about the number, but I heard that this country is about with 34 trillion dollars in debt, that means government and personal debt. Where does this come from? How could that happen, when did it started and been accept that debts are fine?

When I came to the US and was complaining to my mother-in-law about my now ex-husband ridicules spending, she just laugh about me and told me that I am now in America and life is here different than in Europe. That in America people have a few credit card and some are max out and I just have to accept it. That this is not Europe were you first save the money before you buy something, or better said when you don’t have the money you don’t can spend it.

I had a hart time to accept it, because in my eyes there is no different in which country you live, handling money has no language and doesn’t depend in which country you live. But, we have to turn the time back and figure out when this change had started, and why people are programmed to spend more money than they making?

Getting into debt is when you buy stuff on credit cards or borrow money to buy something. Our culture is programmed to spend more than they can handle, but when is it enough? There are two type of credit, one when businesses take a credit to make more money or when people buy a house in their budget. All the other loans are getting you into so much trouble; it is the most cause of divorces, dysfunction families and it fills you with fear. When someone is in financial trouble they easy can be manipulate and they will do almost everything just not to lose their job or lose everything else. That is the part were good people become corrupted to keep up with their bills and lifestyle.

Many great Leaders from the past or present, impressing us with great wisdom and many times we ask how they know all this information or from where all this wisdom comes from? Is there a way we can also access it or what is it?

How our human body is build, is already a big miracle. Did you know that it took thousands of years to build our DNA from trillion of cell each individual and each with it own energy. This is our cellular system, how trillion of individual cell work together as one. Just think about when our body only exists of muscles we would lay on the floor and can not move, for that we need the bones and again we need energy. Each part is individual, but on the end each one works together with the other, and without it nothing can happen.

Now our cellular wisdom is what we know. We have access to the databank to get all kind of information, but only when we are open to receive it. The source has many names, some call it god, religion, our higher self, faith, the universe or what ever you call it is the same source. We all have the same access, but how many people forget about it and just shout it down.

When we were born we came with this ability, but than we got reprogrammed from out parent with information they thought will help us, and with generation we also forget a lot. To show it, I just like to ask you “Do you remember the names from your great grandparents?” Most people do not! Most people also have been programming what to believe and what not.

We have a great connection to the databank of wisdom, the best examples are songwriters or authors when they are able to write a story that is so full with feeling and it feels so real, how do they know about that and how they do it?

The answer is really simple! How do you know that you know you didn’t know something? This is our cellular wisdom and when you have that channel open you have access to a lot of information. But most people shout it down by their ego! The key is to learn to shout off your ego, than you will have any access to anything, but your ego doesn’t want that. Like to say your ego is the evil part in you. It don’t want you to become successful or have access to all the wisdom, it wants you to suffer. It tells you the way you should behave so nobody likes you, that you don’t get the knowledge, it puts you full with fear, takes your self-esteem and self-confident from you. It remember you on the pain from the past or what you may heard from others, it makes it alive inside in you and again it keeps all the good stuff away from you.

Your biggest challenge is to shout down your ego and let the wisdom flow to you. You know what I am talking, because how many times something great came out of your mouth and you didn’t knew that you knew that information?

This had happen so many times to me when I am writing an article. I just think about a topic and just start typing, and it’s amazed me every time from were this information came from and in this moment I even learn a great deal from my own writing. Everyone has this connection; just think about an artist when they start paining a picture and from were they inspiration is coming from? We all have the same source and it called the cellular wisdom and all you have to do is allowing yourself to connect to it.

Hi this is Gudrun Smith and my passion for personal development and psychology started a few years ago when I was looking for a way to let go off my past. I was so down and full of anger towards my ex-husband and his girlfriend what they had done to me.

My marriage had change after we moved to the US, my husband abused me verbal and physical, and I got harassment from his girlfriend. Than he told me that I am now in his country and I have no rights, just the right to have a roof over my head and food on the table, and what he was doing with his life was not my business, and by the way he needed more money for his girlfriend so I should get a third job and I needed to do what she was saying, Well, I filed for divorce, but than I found out that they change the law and without his waiver I was not allowed to take my kids and leave the country, or I would end in jail for kidnapping my own kids.

The worse part was, that he knew exactly which bottom to push that I explode, fight and to destroyed the person I was, and this didn’t stopped for years after the divorce. He still try to control me by pushing bottom, didn’t took the kids when he should, they just done everything so I was not able to move on with my life. They even destroyed my reputation and told other to keep their husbands away from me or I will destroy their marriages.

I was every time so angry about myself that he always was able to take me down that road, which made me miserable, depressed, low self-esteem and law confident, which even led to major surgery and health problems. The only thing I knew was to get help. I tried hypnosis and a few other things, which didn’t really worked. Than I moved to San Antonio, Texas away from all this trouble.

I got enrolled into personal development, and things started to change to the better. Yes, there are still time I got hit and I go down hill, but I am able to get out there in a few hours or day. Before it took months to snap out of it. It is just not enough to wish for something or want to move on in life and have a great lifestyle. There is something buried below you surface into your mind, which is holding on to the pains in your heart, and sometimes it is hart to let it go.

As long as you don’t let it go, you always will get the same outcome, the same pattern will repeat again and again until you overwrite that story of your past, or the story you were told all your life long. The easier way to success is also to watch out the people you are surrounded. They easy can manipulate you and activate the fear and pain of the past, without you knowing it. You are suddenly down and even don’t know why.

Your mind is so powerful and it is up to you which direction you want to go. Do you want success and be happy in your life or do you want to stay were you are and complaining about your life? That is really simple, and the people who found it out change their life dramatic. Are you ready to change your life, your income and were you live? You can!

That hard work pays off?

My son just had his first football game and they won 34:17, they played very hard and the result was that they won the first game of this season and it was shown live on TV.

They practice the whole summer and the only time they off were the 4th July week. Everyday from Monday to Thursday, and my son went also to the gym for more Conditional Training. They also prep for the games and practice the last two weeks of summer break in the afternoon at 100F, what the other team didn’t done. They prep to be ready for playing in the heat. For weeks, we didn’t had any rain, and on this day it was raining and cool down a little bit and with that the other team were save from a hard game in the heat.

As you see all this practice and preparation has shown result by wining the game.

Hi, this is Gudrun Smith and when you saw my videos you saw my long hair? When not just go here . Today I have short hair after three haircuts!

This coming weekend I am going to St. Louis for a conference and needed a haircut. My ends were damage and I was tired of my style, so I wanted some change. I picked out a great haircut in the book at the beauty salon, while the stylist pointed to another style, which was not my type. Well the end results was that I received a hair cut from a professional which looks like a mother chopped off her little girls long hair with holes and no style or lines.

Well I went back to the shop to get a correction from another stylist. She wanted to start cutting without knowing the style I wanted. I stopped her and requested the book and showed her the style I wanted. Well again this one was not listen what I wanted and just start cutting my hair, than she told me that I never can have that style in the book because I were not able to style my hair that way.

How can someone blame someone what they can do or not without knowing them, but for sure, I never can style my hair that way when I don’t have the cut to style it that way. Again my hair looked terrible and people ask me were I got that terrible haircut which was not blend in and had no style. Well now I took my scissor and made some correction. For years I always cut my boys hair and a little bit on my hair between salons visits.

Like my story, this is the biggest mistake many businesses are doing! They are not listen what their customer want and some even have an attitude to tell their customer what they should like, which will defiantly kill their business. How Guru’s are scamming people for their money and their dream. This is sad, but really true and a lot of us paid their dues to learn this lesson.

Sometimes we ask ourselves how this people have the guts and doing these scruples? Is it money, power or just fun to sell garbage to destroy people’s dreams of working from home to create a better tomorrow? Or is it just corruption in general?

I just had yesterday a phone conversation with a prospect and he told me how much money he spent for garbage, he bought. Things they promised in their sales letter what made commend sense, but they didn’t kept their promise. Most of the time the real information and help was than in the up-sell sales letter. Sometimes they been put into a membership not worse the money, when you try to cancel it they close immediately their access to member site, but still charge their card month after month, and the only way out was to close the credit card to stop them. I knew what he is talking, because I fault for it, too.

I woke up when I made an experience with a San Antonio woman who married this year another guru. We were meet-up member of a Law of Attraction group meeting bi-monthly and she gave her meeting at the same place with her ex-husband for Abraham Hicks Law of Attraction the week when LOA was not meeting, as people were confused which week the meeting was or not.

We were the group she uses to practice as a Speaker, while in the same time she was a student of Dr Barbara De Angelis, Mark Victor Hansen to become a speaker, and Alex Mandossian who also was her webmaster at that time. I felt for her story and hired her. My problem was to let go the past and move on with my life, I may also thought to build a relation with them and my love to horses. I got a Binder and 6 sheets of paper, we meet twice and she even was interviewing me about Veretekk and what I was doing and my goals with the launch of my Easy Online Marketing and becoming a trainer at Veretekk. She didn’t finish what I bought from her, but accused me not to responding to her e-mails, which I never received, and meeting that were canceled. This friendship was all fake and a show. I wanted my refund, than she offered me her Online Marketing course which came with a lifetime long membership, which I was kicked out after 4 weeks when I question her public how her server can crash with all the orders and make so much money when her site was not configured nor found on Google. She had hired people to put everything together and to teach the technical stuff while she took the easier ones, which by the way were information from Google site. At the end she said make a website and they will come and your server will crash with all the money that goes into your bank account.

One thing what I learned from her is how to become a Guru, how it works and how VIP tickets for seminars let enter you into the network circle of other Guru’s. Her words were that you have to fake it so long until it becomes your reality, to buy expensive memberships and be at events to promote your stuff.

That you must become a good entertainer and storyteller, not the product or service makes sells, but the stories you tell that gets people emotion so they look up to you and buy what ever you have to offer. The story the Guru’s are selling is that they were broken without a penny in their pocket or almost homeless, and than the Internet made them to a Millionaire. Just like her, but she never mention that she is from a rich family and her retreat center in San Antonio is her Parents Place. That it is easy fast to build a product when you hire someone to do it for you, when you don’t have a fulltime job, kids and family obligations. Special when the product is teaching and membership, which makes them all the money, and not from marketing and than teaching it. They are going from on event to another, to learn and copy the information and again sell it as teaching material. Now, this called Guru’s with their lies are placing the wrong idea into peoples mind. That working on the Internet for only four hours a week made them a Millionaire. People are looking for the fast Magic Push Button to make Millions, but they are not willing to learn the skills, why need a skill when there are software who makes it for you! When people who didn’t knew how to turn on their computer are able to make Millions after they visit their seminar! That how people start to ignore the true and losing all their savings for this garbage, which only cost them more money or it total out of date. Again we fall for stories, special when we are down and believe that they have the answer and solution for our problem, like been addicted to drugs.

The true is, that building a business online takes time to learn the new skills and how much time you can invest into the business. Most of Online Marketers still have a fulltime job and family obligation when they start, and how much support they get from their spouse.

The story about Vitamin D has been developing for centuries. It all started in the middle of the 1600s, when the first time rickets was mention. Rickets is a serious disease related to Vitamin D deficiency.

Rickets is a disease in children when they are Vitamin D deficient, and their bones don’t absorb calcium and phosphorous. The result is that the bones become soft, weak and deformed. These same conditions were also found in adults, which is called osteomalacia.

The first document about rickets became an epidemic in Europe in the 1700s as the Industrial Revolution happen. People from farms had move into the dark and smoky cities to work in factories. Most of them didn’t came in contact with the sun anymore, because of the heavy clouds over the Industrial Cities, the high building and sun light was hart to get through. This was until 1822 when a Polish physician found out that kids living in the countryside didn’t had rickets than kids living in the cities. To cure the disease he prescribed sunlight as the cure of this disease. But it took another 100 years until the Vitamin D as we know today was discovered.

When in the 1920s and 1930s the rickets disease reaches their highest point in North America and northern Europe, researchers start focus on food to find a cure. Some found out that the easier cure was just to explode the kids into the sun would cure this disease, while other focus more on food like the cod-liver and how in can be chemical brake down. Because cold-liver was as catching as doctors had hope, so by 1930s the government intervened that bread and milk were fortified with Vitamin D . Over the next 20 years more food became fortified with Vitamin D, like hot dogs, soda drinks and variety of other food. In case the rickets disease was eliminated and the study of the sunlight vitamin was declined until the late1960s.
